How verification works
Verification is a manual review by the StandsZone Global team. We only show the Verified badge once it has been approved. Profiles that are registered or claimed but not yet reviewed are shown as “Claimed profile”.
Verification documents are stored privately and are only visible to the StandsZone Global review team.

My company already appears on StandsZone Global. What should I do?
Claim the existing profile instead of creating a new one. Search for your company below and choose "Claim this profile". You will confirm ownership with a code sent to the email on the profile or an address on your company website domain.
What does the Verified badge mean?
It means the StandsZone Global team has reviewed your business details and supporting evidence. Registering or claiming a profile does not by itself make it verified.
How are enquiries assigned?
Exhibitors submit a brief for a specific exhibition and location. We match it to builders who serve that show, city or country and offer the required services. Our team can also assign enquiries manually.

Builders anywhere can register. You choose the countries and cities you serve on your profile.
