While they have a great range of items they are very deceptive and like to change what you can and can't order forcing you into an upsell. We have previously dealt with HTH for a number of events in the past but they are now too expensive and have a "it''s us or noone" attitude, very frustrating.

Terrible service from the sales team. Was told that they are so big , they dont have time to assist me, after taking 20k, as they do 6000 stands a week. rude arrogant and uneducated staff. give the smaller guys a go if you are building a stand. half the price and twice the quality and service. Meant to pick up a load for Melbourne, but never got here. However, I have to say, the guy I spoke too in the warehouse for directions, and for information was very helpful, and very good to deal with. Maybe next time I'll get there. Thanks anyway.

Will try every chance they get to increase the price and the prices they end up charging do not reflect website prices. Sales representative will only respond to the CEO and is really rude to all other staff.
